I have always strived to be a valuable contributor to the growth of the clients’ businesses from the start-up phase to the next generation where necessary.
In some cases this means sitting in on management meetings and advising on a frequent basis. This includes looking ahead and being aware of potential roadblocks so that appropriate action can be taken early enough.
My success results from a deep knowledge of my clients’ businesses and applying the technical knowledge and experience gained over past 20 years.
My in depth understanding of financial modelling allows me to assist clients with forecasts, budgets and scenario analysis to ensure that my clients are able to make informed decisions which are critical to every business success.
My outsourcing skills and experience allow me to take the risk out of operating in India for my domestic and international clients by allowing them to concentrate on their core activities with the knowledge that their finance function is fully compliant and generating timely and meaningful reports which can be relied upon.
Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my family and playing Lawn Tennis and enjoying Indian Classical Music over a Book on Spirituality.

As Audit and Tax Compliance Manager, my responsibility is to ensure that my client is compliant in all statutory aspects of Audit & Taxation, wether it is a Statutory Audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit, Payroll Audit or similar.
In addition my responsibility at work is also to assist and guide my team on carrying out Audit and Tax assignments efficiently and effectively. The experience that I have gained during my internship helps me to identify the best possible ways of assisting the team.
My vision is to guide the team in such a way that they will be able to handle the assignments confidently on their own. For achieving my goals, I give presentations frequently on the various subject involved in the assignments and also ask the team to give the presentation on the subject matter and encourage them to attend Seminars on various topics of Audit and Tax.
My strength at work lies in my ability of conducting case studies for specific & complex issues of Direct & Indirect Taxes and finding the solution to address the situation. Also paying attention to the minute details of the assignment and reporting aspects are certain qualities which are often appreciated by my fellow colleagues and clients.
Apart from the office work, I love to do social work in the form of monetary & non-monetary contributions to the various institutes who are working for the welfare of society.

My experience of over 12 years in the field of book keeping and accountancy using various softwares like Quick Books, Xero, Tally 9 ERP etc. helps me to provide accounting solutions in complex scenarios to my various clients engaged in diverse sectors ranging from Software, Manufacturing, Engineering to Professionals.
My role doesn’t end with book keeping but infact extends further to the next level of preparing Financial Statements as per the prevailing accounting standards of the land and providing MIS reports to my clients for taking timely decisions.
To provide further value added services to my client my knowledge and experience in the field of Income Tax, Withholding Tax (TDS) , Profession Tax , Goods & Service Tax (GST), Payroll Processing etc. helps me to provide single point solution to them for most of their statutory needs.

My experience of over 20 years in the domain of book keeping / accounting for small and medium enterprises and professionals has helped me to assist my clients in this outsourced process which is very important to any organisation.
My thirst to learn new things and upgrade myself on the academic fronts has helped me to successfully complete my Master’s in Commerce as well as Diploma in Taxation Law. With these academical achievements I am able to assist my clients to some extent in their Direct and Indirect Tax compliances. This involves assisting them in filing their Income Tax Returns, Monthly GST Returns, GST Reconciliations etc.
My educational background and work experience has prepared me for the fast paced and challenging environment that comes with being a professional accountant. I have prepared myself to become a successful accountant by working hard in my career. I have shown a high level of confidence, progression and commitment in my current role.
